- Airport transfers and private transport can be requested for an additional charge, subject to availability.
- Housekeeping
- Included cleaning starts on day 3 of the stay, then every 3 days between 10:00 and 15:00. It includes replacing bath towels, face towels and bed linen, and replenishing toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and body soap. Additional cleaning costs ¥15,000 per visit, including tax. Request it in advance; the date and time must be confirmed.
- Power and air conditioning
- Normal use is fine. Avoid running the washer-dryer, several hair dryers and every air conditioner at exactly the same time. Air conditioners turn off automatically at 10:00 each morning and may be turned back on immediately.

- Upper floors are accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator.

Know the space before you book
The villa sleeps up to 10, but the dining table seats 6. It is not a dining table for the full group at once.
The kitchenette is for food storage, drinks and reheating. There is no usable cooktop: plan simple meals or eat nearby rather than expecting full cooking facilities.
Three floors, internal stairs and no elevator. Room 101 is downstairs, but the house is not step-free. Ask us before booking if accessibility is essential.
10 Gbps is the fiber connection specification, not a guaranteed Wi-Fi speed per device. Speed depends on your device, location, network conditions and simultaneous use.
The maximum of 10 guests includes all children and infants. No baby cot or high chair is provided.
Pets and non-staying visitors are not allowed.
The 2 private balconies are accessed through Room 202 on the second floor and Room 302 on the third floor.
